Gift Card Policy

Whimsy gift cards, including electronic gift cards, are redeemable in-store at Whimsy Seaside Living.

Please present your physical gift card or electronic gift-card code at the time of purchase. Electronic gift cards may be shown on your phone or printed.

Gift cards do not expire. No cash refunds are provided for unused balances, except where required by law; any remaining balance stays on the card for future purchases.

Gift card purchases are final sale, except where a refund is required by law.

In-Store Return Policy

Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase, with the original receipt. Returns must be made in-store; we do not accept returns by mail.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all original tags attached.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Amounts paid by gift card will be as store credit.

The following items are final sale:

• All earrings, for hygiene reasons.

• Sale, clearance, seasonal and personalized items.

• Physical and electronic gift cards.

• Furniture, due to its size and special handling. Please inspect furniture carefully before purchasing.

These policies do not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
