Total approximate retail value: +/-$300 CAD. Jellycats will be displayed in store during the contest.

6. Draw and chances of winning
Three potential winners will be selected by random draw at Whimsy on Sunday, November 8, 2026, between 10am and 4pm Pacific Time.
The draw is planned to be broadcast live on Whimsy’s official Facebook page. Entrants do not need to be present or watch the broadcast to win.
All eligible entries will be mixed together. After a person is selected, their remaining entries will be excluded from subsequent prize selections so that three different people may win.
The chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of eligible entrants remaining for each selection.
If a Facebook or internet problem prevents the live broadcast, the random draw may proceed as scheduled and be recorded. Whimsy will post an update on its official Facebook page. A broadcast failure does not invalidate an otherwise properly conducted draw.
If fewer than three eligible people enter, each eligible person may receive no more than one prize, subject to the winner-confirmation requirements. Any remaining prize will not be awarded.
7. Notification and winner confirmation
Being drawn makes someone a potential winner, subject to eligibility verification and the requirements below.
Whimsy will email potential winners within one business day after the draw. Each potential winner must:
Respond within 72 hours after the notification email is sent.
Confirm/proof of their identity, eligibility and compliance with these rules.
Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, administered privately by Whimsy, without a calculator or assistance.
Complete a brief eligibility and prize-receipt declaration if requested.
The skill-testing question must be answered within two minutes. Reasonable accommodation may be requested before it is administered.
Whimsy may request reasonable proof of identity, age and BC residency. Identification will be inspected rather than copied unless retention is legally necessary.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond by the deadline, answers the question incorrectly, is ineligible, declines the prize or does not complete the confirmation requirements, that person forfeits the prize. An alternate potential winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entrants who have not already won.
Entrants are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking their inbox and spam folders.
8. Prize collection
Confirmed winners must collect their prize at Whimsy’s Gibsons store within seven business days after the winner-confirmation email is sent.
For this contest, “business days” means Tuesday through Saturday, excluding BC statutory holidays. Counting begins on the next business day after confirmation. Whimsy will state the exact collection deadline in the confirmation email.
In-store collection only. No shipping. Winners are responsible for their own travel or collection expenses.
An authorized representative may collect a prize only with Whimsy’s prior written agreement and reasonable identity verification.
Unless Whimsy agrees in writing to another arrangement before the deadline, an uncollected prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner drawn from the remaining eligible entrants who have not already won.
